Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by GreenScape Gardens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

Services Description

GreenScape Gardens provides professional gardening and landscaping services, including but not limited to:

• Lawn care and maintenance
• Landscape design and installation
• Tree and shrub care
• Seasonal cleanup services
• Fertilization and pest control
• Property maintenance

Booking and Scheduling

Service bookings are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule. Appointments may need to be rescheduled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

For recurring service contracts, invoices will be sent monthly and payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover issues resulting from factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather events or pre-existing conditions.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the areas where services will be performed. This includes:

• Ensuring gates are unlocked or providing access codes
• Securing pets during service visits
• Marking or identifying any underground utilities or sensitive plantings
• Removing any obstacles that could impede our work or create safety hazards

Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property,GreenScape Gardens is not liable for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or property boundaries that are not clearly marked. We carry full liability insurance for our operations. Any damage caused by our negligence will be promptly addressed and repaired.

Weather-Related Delays

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions including but not limited to heavy rain, extreme heat, or hazardous conditions. We will make every effort to notify you of any weather-related changes to your scheduled service.

Intellectual Property

All landscape designs, plans, and creative work produced byGreenScape Gardens remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred to you as part of a written agreement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to our customers via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate service contracts with 30 days written notice. GreenScape Gardens reserves the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if terms are violated or payment is not received.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GreenScape Gardensoperates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
